In 2005, Westside Transplant, LLC. recognized the need for quality tree rootstock and began the growing of various rootstocks. Due to the capabilities of the greenhouse technology utilized at Westside Transplant, LLC., the tree rootstock venture has proven to be successful. Today, we are providers of vigorous healthy UCB1 pistachio rootstock, started from seed, that is solely sourced from Foundation Plant Services -UC Davis. In addition to providing rootstock trees, we also have budded trees in the most popular varieties in the industry.
Over the years with the help of our customer’s feedback we have changed our methods and developed a special soil blend for growing our potted trees. This soil allows for great root growth and provides for easier planting in the field. We strive to grow the best tree possible for growers and pay great attention to detail during the entire growing process to achieve this.
